- Cash is the best way. According to the USPS you can legally mail up to $33 in
- cash and insure it. Just put $30 in an envelope and send it *REGISTERED* and
- *INSURED*. It worked great for me. Just make sure you can't see the money
- from the outside the envelope. It worked fine for me.
